This Privacy Policy explains how Westeren Games (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use Hexa Blast (the “Game”). It applies to the mobile version distributed through Google Play.

Summary

We do not require a Westeren Games account and do not ask you to provide contact or payment information inside the Game. The Game uses GameAnalytics to understand gameplay and technical performance and Unity LevelPlay to mediate advertisements. These services and their advertising partners may process analytics, technical, advertising, and platform information as described below.

Information You Provide

The Game does not require you to provide your name, email address, phone number, or payment-card details to Westeren Games. If you contact us for support, we receive the information included in your message, such as your email address, message content, and any attachments you choose to send.

Local Game Data

Game progress, settings, high scores, and similar gameplay information may be stored locally on your device. Local data can be removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall the Game, subject to your device and platform settings.

Analytics

The Android version of the Game uses GameAnalytics to understand how the Game performs and how its features are used. GameAnalytics may process information such as:

a pseudonymous installation or player identifier;
IP address and approximate location derived from the IP address;
device type, device model, operating system, platform, locale, country, and app version;
session information and gameplay events, such as game starts and ends, progression, design interactions, and feature usage;
advertising events and technical error or diagnostic events configured in the Game.

We use this information to measure usage, maintain and improve the Game, identify technical problems, balance gameplay, and evaluate features. The Game does not send your name, email address, or Google account password to GameAnalytics.

Advertising and Automatically Processed Data

The Game uses Unity LevelPlay to mediate rewarded and interstitial advertisements. Advertising demand may be provided through ironSource Ads, Unity Ads, and Google AdMob. LevelPlay and participating advertising partners may automatically process information such as:

IP address and approximate location derived from the IP address;
device, operating system, app, language, and network information;
advertising, app-set, or other device identifiers;
ad availability, impressions, views, clicks, rewards, and interactions within an advertisement;
diagnostic, fraud-prevention, security, and frequency-capping information.

This information may be used or shared by LevelPlay and participating advertising partners for advertising, ad delivery, analytics, app functionality, frequency capping, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance. Westeren Games does not independently sell personal information for money. Advertising partners process information according to their own privacy notices.

Where required by applicable law, the Game or its service providers may request consent before using information for personalized advertising or analytics. You may also be able to limit ad personalization through your device or Google Play settings. Choosing non-personalized ads does not remove advertisements.

Third-Party Services

The Game relies on third-party providers that process information under their own terms and privacy policies. The principal services used or supported by the Android version are GameAnalytics for gameplay analytics, Unity LevelPlay for advertising mediation, ironSource Ads and Unity Ads for advertising demand, Google AdMob as an advertising partner, and Google Play for app distribution and platform services.

Data Retention and Deletion

Westeren Games does not operate a separate user-account database for this Game. Information stored locally remains on your device until it is cleared or the Game is uninstalled. GameAnalytics, Unity, Google, and participating advertising partners retain service data according to their own policies, service configurations, and legal obligations.

Children's Privacy

The Game is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children under 13 to provide personal information directly to Westeren Games. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where applicable.

International Processing

GameAnalytics, Unity, Google, advertising partners, and their service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their processing is governed by their privacy policies and applicable safeguards.

Security

We and our service providers use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No internet transmission, mobile application, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent for personal information.
